Any photo(s) submitted constitutes participation in the contest and grants Chase Hatchery all rights to edit, publish, copy, display, and use the photo for any promotional purpose, without further compensation or permission. We will attempt to give photo credit if your photo is used, however, such photo credit is not guaranteed.
The contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years and older.
